TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOBCOINS ENTERTAINMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED USD $100.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, for any reason, without notice. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
